Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of tradingagents.lol and the research console it provides. By creating an account or running an analysis you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

TradingAgents is software that generates research material about securities and other instruments using large language models and public data. It produces analysis, arguments and levels. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage accounts.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing produced by the service is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any instrument. Output is generated automatically, may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and can be produced without a human reviewing it.

You are responsible for your own decisions. Verify anything you intend to act on, and consider taking advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Do not share your account, and do not use the service on behalf of someone else without authority to do so.

5. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to:

• Scrape, resell or redistribute reports as a substitute for the service itself.
• Probe, overload or bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Reproduce market data in a way that breaches a data provider agreement.
• Break any law that applies to you, including securities and sanctions rules.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe, monthly or annually in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes apply to the next period and are announced before they take effect.

You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is and as it is available. Features, coverage and data sources may change or be withdrawn. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its interface and its prompt and agent design remain ours. Reports generated for your account are yours to use for your own research, subject to the acceptable use section above and to any terms attached to the underlying market data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect and consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Third-party names

tradingagents.lol is an independent third-party website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the TradingAgents open-source project, Tauric Research, or their maintainers. All product names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the subject matter of the research.
