Privacy Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what tradingagents.lol collects when you browse the site, sign in, run an analysis, or pay for a plan, and what happens to that data afterwards.

2. Data we collect

We keep the collection to what the product needs to work:

• Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture URL.
• Research data: the tickers you run, the reports generated for you, your watchlists and any notes you save.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status and the identifiers Stripe returns for your customer and subscription. Card numbers never reach our servers.
• Technical data: standard server logs with IP address, user agent and timestamps, used for security and abuse prevention.

3. How the data is used

Account and research data are used to run the desk for you: to fetch the report you asked for, to show your history, and to re-run watchlists on the schedule you set. Billing data is used to keep your plan active and to answer billing questions.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your reports or watchlists to train models.

4. Processing partners

A small number of processors are involved in running the service:

• Google, for identity and sign-in.
• Stripe, for subscription billing and receipts.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the account and report records described above.
• Market data providers, which receive the ticker symbol being researched but no personal data.

5. Retention

Reports and watchlists stay in your account until you delete them or close the account. Account records are kept while the account is open, and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are rotated within a short window.

6. Your choices

You can delete individual runs, clear your watchlists, or close your account from the account area, and you can write to support@tradingagents.lol to request a copy of your data or its deletion. Where you are covered by the GDPR or a similar regime, those requests are handled within the statutory window.

7. Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS, sessions are handled by signed cookies, and access to production data is limited to what operating the service requires. No online service can promise perfect security, so keep your Google account itself protected with a strong password and second factor.

8. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and accounts for minors are not knowingly created.

9. Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the updated version is posted here with a new date. Questions go to support@tradingagents.lol.
